Nope, registration is not necessary. We will require several details from you to process and deliver your order. Creating an account just makes it easier for you if you wish to make future purchases, which we hope you will.
To make it easy for you, we have several different payment methods available.
We ship to all places in South Africa via a reliable courier from our Johannesburg DC. No collections at this stage.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
Please contact us if you wish to use your own courier.
Mistakes happen… minds change! If you notice you’ve left something out, or added the wrong item… If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us ASAP!
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If we are delivering to a Major Center, then normally in under 5 days.
Outlying Regions take a little longer, but your parcel should be there within 7 days.
Tracking info will be sent via e-mail and can be tracked on our courier’s website. We’ll send you the link.
While we take care to package your order as carefully as possible (especially the breakable stuff), things can go wrong!
Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and check for any damages etc. We will not be able to entertain return requests for damaged goods unless reported within 3 days of goods being delivered. If the box is visibly damaged on delivery (or rattles when it shouldn’t), please make a note on the courier’s POD slip when you sign.
