All orders submitted via our website are subject to acceptance by Counterpoint Trading 20 cc (trading as 420.co.za). We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Any monies paid for said order will be refunded.
All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. We do not, however, warrant that the content, information or price displayed is always accurate, complete and/or current.
In terms of pricing errors on the website, if there are pricing errors on the website you will be informed before the order is shipped and monies will be refunded if you no longer require the goods at the correct price.
Delivery
All orders below a value of R1000.00 Incl VAT will incur a delivery fee.
For deliveries to Major Centres, the orders should be delivered, by a 3rd Party Courier Service, within 5 days, however this may take longer due to public holidays or other delays out of our control.
For deliveries to Outlying Regions please allow up to 7 days, however this may take longer due to public holidays or other delays out of our control.
Shortages, Claims and Returns
All orders are quality checked before leaving our store rooms, shortages and claims will not be considered unless made within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt of goods.
All goods returned for credit after 7 days of receipt, which are not defective, will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
